        Brad came and looked at a job for me in Parnell, and while the company didn't end up with any work from me, Brad generously gave advice and helped me work out the best solution at this point. Thanks Brad for your help and advice. I really appreciate it. Highly recommended.

        A fantastic experience from start to finish - our flooring looks amazing. We had great advice on what product to use and the team that did the install were superb. We are very very happy - thanks Heath and Brad.

        This business to be avoided like the plague. Engaged by our insurance company to replace damaged flooring. Started work after four months without communicating with us or other trades, partially uplifted old floors during prep work then demanded unscheduled access for work during holiday weekend. When refused, they stated they had excess work and walked away without completing job leaving house a bombsite.The partner that runs work team is offensive to engage with and exhibited zero interest in customer service and has no consideration for any inconvenience caused to customers. These guys are absolute COWBOYS.
