I met Kayleen through LinkedIn. I added her as a connection and immediately she expressed her willingness to assist me with a job hunting in NZ. As iam based in SA, Johannesburg, it goes without saying , I haven't ever met her, and have never spoke to her..all our communication has been through messaging on Linkedin, although Kayleen left no stones unturned , to assist me with the job hunt. The thing what I admire the most about her, in this little time what I have known her, is the turn around time that she has to reply the messages. Extremely proactive and prompt in letting me know whatever has transpired with contact people in the relevant industry. She also was right on the target when approaching the right organisation as per my skills set...With a 4 years time on LinkedIn, I haven't met any recruiter so willing to assist....I will definitely recommend Kayleen who are looking for a job or who are looking for candidates..she will make the whole process seamless...
