        A big Thumb Up to Engineer Kerwyn Lee. Usually it is not pleasant to deal with Auckland Council. But Kerwyn changes my mind. Kerwyn showed his commitment, professional attitude and mind of duty when dealing with the storm water pipe issue I reported. Auckland would be a better Auckland if the whole Auckland Council team behaves as good as Kerwyn, who is taking his job really seriously and serving Aucklanders well.

        We visited the Orewa Service desk to ask how we could remove wild ginger on the park, Elaine served us and she was awesome, by the time we got home their was an email with a Ref No & within a week the council had come and removed the ginger, many thanks Julie-Anne Pearce
