I have been in touch with one of the Hutchinson Engineers for a few months now, having early success both with communication and problem solving for a project I am wishing to undertake at my property. It was then left in my ball court to gather a bit more information and put in some more ground work, which has been in progress all be it challenging over the recent lockdown. Upon going back to the Engineer I have now been told that my property is now too far away, and they're no longer interested in taking on my project. Referring me to Google to find someone else. Bit disappointing, and somewhat unprofessional in my opinion. Perhaps if they weren't interested, it would have been nice to know that from the beginning.
