I absolutely love getting my nails done here. I have been a customer for nearly 15 years and have moved out of the area, and now make the extra journey to be able to go to this amazing salon. Everyone does an amazing job, and I just love the atmosphere, service, and experience of it. Always feel wonderful when I leave. Tammy and the staff are the best!

I usually dont complain, but so upset atm. I have used this company for 5 months. The usual lady I get is good and professional. However twice Ive had ladies who had not listened to what I wanted and when cleaning the lashes they rub it roughly with a dry cotton wool pad and put a little liquid on it which really hurts my lashes and I can feel my natural lashes getting ripped out. I told her she needs the makeup remover foam then brush it softly off. She said ok but didnt listen, dont know if she understands what I had said. At the end of it, I cant actually see or recognise my lashes shes just put in it is that light. I asked for full lashes and the same style how I just had before she took the previous ones off. Im so disappointed. I told them o wasnt happy they still tried to get me to pay $75, I ended up paying $60 which I thought was definitely not worth what I got. I dont wanna be seen, so am cancelling my plans. I have to now pay again for someone else to do my lashes. Not going back to be disappointed any more. Service: Eyelash extensions
