Ive never left a review before, however Im really disappointed as a regular customer to be constantly sprung with undisclosed price increases. If these were discussed up front it would go a long way, instead of simply insisting thats just the way it is. Im genuinely surprised by the way this has been handled as it could really have been avoided with clear and friendly communicationprice is not so much the issue as the way it has been managed. Im willing to pay more for honest service and warmer professionalism elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, showed up at the time I booked and the lady yelled at me from inside the store saying sorry too late. Didnt even walk out and say it nicely, apparently she moved the time last minute, and was very rude to me because I didnt realise. Finally she took my dog inside for a groom and after I thought everything was fine until I got home and after awhile blood was all over my white carpet. Checked my dogs paws and she had cut the nails too short so they started bleeding everywhere, called in and they blamed it on their new assistant helper who was in a rush. Absolutely no excuse and will not be going back.

Poor customer service, moved my appointment around with jo explanation and then refused to do my dog who is medium sized knowing how booked everyone is this close to Christmas and was extremely rude about it.
