Trusted Ultrasound Orewa with my 20 week scan as I didnt want to know the gender of the baby until birth, the gender was accidentally said during the scan which was upsetting but to make matters worse they were in complete denial about making this error, blamed the masks when me and my partner clearly heard what was said, then to top things off they were very rude when I came back after I complained. I would not recommend and have had a very upsetting experience here. I have always wanted the gender of my first born to be a surprise and this once in a life time moment has been ruined and Ive been treated poorly for speaking up about it.

First appointment for my dating scan was horrendous. Julie was unfriendly and didn't speak in the appointment. She used barely enough gel and ripped the skin on my stomach so bad that it scabbed and was sore for weeks. Once the appointment was done she basically shoved us out the door. Would not recommend going here if you are wishing to have a special experience throughout your pregnancy.

Outstanding customer service and the sonographer, Roxanne, is very helpful in explaining every detail of the results. Thank you once again. We travelled from south auckland and it is not wasted!
