Friendly, professional, top of his game Matt was excellent in helping us sell a house in Orewa recently. He was genuine, calm, friendly, very responsive and knows the profession inside out. We were especially impressed with his data driven approach, both in terms of marketing and what our expectations should be around a final sales price. Matt Gilmour, top notch agent Matt Gilmour was 'my' agent and I have nothing but admiration and praise for him. There was a long slow build up over a period of a year, before finally selling my property. Throughout that time, Matt was always highly approachable, friendly, professional and willing to offer assistance or advice at any time.
