Obreros Filipino and Japanese Cuisine

I went for lunch there today with a group of ladies, and we all agreed it was the best decision we made to have our meal there. The decor is very relaxing, and a special mention must be given to Iris. She ensured we were made very welcome with friendly and efficient service. The food was excellent - just delicious! We made a point of speaking to the chef to congratulate him on his menu. Personally I'll have to return to savour some of the other items on the menu which my fellow diners were enjoying.

Our meals were delicious with so many fresh vegetables in both different noodle dishes. The Pancit Canton Filipino chicken and prawn noodles were amazing and so tasty alternatively the Japanese Yaki Soba was just as tasty. A great little restaurant that feels intimate enough that you won't be forgotten in the crowd with a unique decor once inside. A gem in Orewa and not to be overlooked. Great staff and great food.
