        Dougal from Total Security Group was great. Came around the day after I contacted him and gave good advice. Gave me a good deal on my alarm and was thorough and professional. Also left simple operating instructions for the system, crossing out all the stuff I didn't need to know. Recommend highly to anyone needing alarm assistance. :-)
