I've hired cars from here twice now whilst my work van has been getting repaired, & on both occasions experience has been a pleasure. Albert & Bruce who work here go out of their way to assist you with your hire vehicle. Vehicles on both occasions were tidy & had no issues & a pleasure to drive. Allowed me to continue working whilst my van was being worked on. I wouldn't hesitate hiring vehicles from Tokio in future & I will recommend them to others.

Very honest, clean van, a pleasant experience, but a tad expensive, No half days offered and $120+fuel+gst, and t0cents klm ...., could end up double expectation. NO WORRIES RE THE $500 bond. And Vehicle was reliable and nicely geared up....all and all great Little Local service.

Squabs and curtains were so dusty that all three of got cronic hayfever. We left a back window open while driving and the amount amount of dust blowing around was incredible. Husband spent 3 hours vacuuming and moping as soon as we got to the Sth Is. Handbrake pulled out of the floor.. so we spend our 9 days holiday with no handbrake! We had to fix the cutlery drawer that kept coming out while we were driving. Would not recommend.
