        While this is an excellent house for a large group stay we were extremely disappointed with the management services provided by Visit Waiheke. Despite booking 6 months in advance it didn't seem that they checked the basic necessities for our stay including wood, water and incidentals such as toilet paper. While Richard was very responsive over the weekend we paid a fair amount for our stay and didn't appreciate the hassle of having to deal with some fairly significant issues (at one point having no drinking water).
