        The original sustainable Waiheke beekeepers, maintaining scrupulously high standards and growing community awareness to preserve a vulnerable ecosystem. It's not just the quality and variety of their product that makes them pre-eminent, they also lead the fight to expose foreign sharks who would exploit the fragility of the industry. Naming queens after the landowners hosting their hives is a clever touch.

        Top quality honey at Waiheke Honey Company, in particular their CBR (Church Bay Road) infused range.delicious with cheese boards, on toast or with desserts. I am so impressed with the packaging.The attention to detail from the beautiful glass jars the honey is put in, to the packaging when the parcel is sent to you using recycled corrugated cardboard, recycled paper honeycomb (bubble) wrap - products were so well protected, nothing could get damaged enroute. In my case Waiheke to Piha. All finished off with paper tape to secure the parcel. Their products will make beautiful Christmas gifts. I will be ordering more. Thank you Richard and the team at Waiheke Honey Company for delivering such fabulous service, delicious honey, and in such an environmentally friendly and conscious way! x
