Alexa wasted no time in identifying my tight shoulder muscles as the trigger for my discomfort in my thumbs, and demonstrated a series of simple remedies. I recently had surgery on my ankle, I called to make an appointment many times but all I got was the answer machine, I left many messages and was never called back. I ended up going to another Physio that was more reliable.
