        Completely incompetent. I've been here a few times and they can't even get something simple, like replacing a tyre or innertube, right. They don't even know how much the stuff in thier shop costs.

        Booked 2x $65 e-cruiser bikes online, the pick up process was easy enough. Unfortunately less than 2 hours into our journey, one of our bike chain snapped. By the time we got the bike back to the workshop, we were tired and hungry so didn't bother to test out another bike. Not the Waiheke trip we had in mind for sure. We didn't go onto gravel road, in fact we were on a busy main road when the chain snapped, luckily no one got hurt!
