        I have just returned from a weekend retreat hosted by Premaloka, and I cant speak highly enough of my experience. Prema holds space safely and authentically, allowing each individual to have their own experience while being part of a collective. Her teachings are soulful, knowledgeable and playful, and she skillfully adapts where needed no strict schedules and just the right amount of free time. Not to mention the wonderful accommodation and beautiful meals. Its a weekend Ill cherish for a very long time. Thank you, Premaloka
