        If I could have given a zero star i would have ended up walking out rather than stay in the que any longer just myself and one other in line 2 tellers only one working the guy in front gave up waiting before I did

        Very slow customer service we standing in line for nearly 45minutes with the queues like 11people and they get tired standing. That how will make me change of the banks to other service provider like ASB. Atleast staff come out and ask for help but not in Westapac otahuhu. Very pathetic SERVICE. Wont recommend anyone in what my recommendations.
