        Not the best start as I found a hand sew needle after taking bag off base & mattress, which made me look over the mattress for any hand sewing, then discovered a thread which I pulled & it kept coming undone. Have been contacted by senior management and have sent fotos and they are dealing with it. Yet to sleep in my new bed as airing it out 1st.

        Our Apex 7 is certainly comfortable, but don't be swayed by the blurb about temperature control - the topper is HOT.
