        Not a good customer service over the phone. The lady there is very rude. She doesn't know how to deal or talk to the customer. Better give her some training if she has to deal with the customer.

        The lmab mince on tray when i looked from the top was very fresh and pink but when i brought home inside was grey and very old and was smelling so i threw my $35 to the bin. When i called and complained on the phone, the lady said we make the mince every day. I wantrd to take it back but she saidthey were closing in 20 minutes and didnt accept to wait 30 minutes instead . That is a cheat that you cover old mince with a freah pink mince and it was completely two different layers of meat

        Amazing absolutely amazing. Im flattered by the service Supercity halal meats provides. The prices are way cheaper than many other butchers out there! And to top it off its all halal! Im a wholesale restaurant buyer and believe me their meats is one of the best in Auckland no questions asked! I recommend people to get their beef as its always super soft and their lamb is succulent and fresh every single day. These guys are the best my number 1 butcher. Keep up the good work guys
