I was lucky enough to secure a role that was advertised by Build People and managed by Alicia Barrington. Alicia was quick to respond to my job application and lock in an interview. Upon arrival at their offices, I was highly impressed with everything from the layout and design of their offices especially the fab taste in artwork to the friendly receptionist who took the time to have a chat with me. Alicia is a personable, patient and friendly recruitment consultant and I respect her no-nonsense attitude. I found Alicia to be pro-active and didnt leave me hanging when locking in times for interviews which I unfortunately have experienced from past recruiters. Alicia walked me through every step of the interview process and provided me with ample time to prepare for my interview and also suggested some tools to use to help me prepare. Working with Viv was excellent. The care and detail she gives to everyone involved is what sets her up for success. She seeks to understand exactly what her client and the candidate are after to ensure great outcomes for both parties. I haven't come across another recruiter that works as hard she does. She treats every placement as if was her own company and responsibility.
