Great service from Susan's team. Hope you guys can read this comment. You made our day buying the JBL party karaoke speaker. Hassle free transaction, Susan even covered the pay wave terminal so I won't get charge of the visa fee. And even I bid on the item, she helped me bought it on that day! Thanks Susan and team

Very bad customer service, took one pair of shoes to buy had a price of $49 and the girl changed the price to$60 what the he'll don't judge people and try to change prices

Staff have very poor communication skills when asked the same question multiple times they just stand there and look at you blank. Then talking to a girl name Susan who comes across rude and arrogant making up her own rules about the store asking her questions that she couldn't answer, she directs.me to the sales team. I reached out to grab the items i placed on the counter to buy later, she quickly grabbed them giving the impression that I was going to steal it saying No you can come back and buy it. Walked away from the counter to the sales department rolling my eyes at Susan , she screams out Don't roll your eyes at me ! Then rushes over to me at the sales department telling me to leave!!! I shop at most of the cash converters in Auckland and never have I experienced bad service until now I've never sold or got loans from these store's before only brought stuff in cash. Not sure if it's the area being Otahuhu why she made out that I was a theft and screaming out in the store at me all I can say is wow shocking.
