      • Let's get real

        If you purchase a product from this company - like a Beautyrest Verve mattress in my case - and need to make a warranty claim, beware. Their communication with you about it is extremely vague and it doesn't appear to matter to them that their product was faulty. Customer service is non-existent and you'll be kept waiting for your replacement item. Considering how many brands they have, it's really, really poor
