Absolutely useless. Go in with a broken toe nail lifted from its place. Wait for nearly 3 hours and doctor says keep it like that and didnt even do a bandage. Said we need to wait for nurse to do bandage and that will take another 2 hours. More interested in getting through the queue as fast as possible then treating the people properly whove been waiting. Money making place. Also I called in before going and the person on phone told there were 3 doctors and 1 hr wait. Get there to find only 1 doctor. No such thing as urgent care. 1 star for the friendly nurse who triaged.

I just visited there for a walk-in appointment on the day of this review. But they informed me that they treat only Covid positive patients. So they directed me to another clinic

Went to white cross for severe cramps but I was treated for hyperventilation. I had a a source of pain which caused my resp rate to increase. The source of pain was from severe muscle cramping of the whole body. Was given ibuprofen, and they wanted me to be able to walk out of building on my own. Did not treat the actual cramps which was the underlying cause. The nurse there did not understand properly. Also assumed that I had little understanding of medical terms, but Im also a nurse. Cramps were due to an imbalance of electrolytes. But I guess it was closing time and they wanted to rush me out so they can go home (well it felt like it anyways).

I think if you are going to ask the patient to come back for a follow up then they shouldn't have to wait more than an hr to be seen.
