Sensational Chicken

I waited 17minutes for 1 milkshake. When I decided to approach them they had forgot about me and made the milkshake within 5mins. 3 other people who ordered their food after me got their orders before me. I also saw one staff member talking to a customer casually, to the side for 5minutes while a St John's Ambulance driver and another customer were waiting in line waiting to be served. The staff didn't even acknowledge them, it wasnt until one of the colleagues of the customer interrupted their convo, until he finally served the Ambo driver and etc. All I got was an apology, that they were busy. Don't be sorry, be better!

Very bad experience. Staff rubbish attitude. No phone orders. They only serve there punjabis first. Have seen giving my wrap to the customer who was behind me. Falafal price display 1.20 and they charge 1.50. PIB nz go n inspect.

This is my go to kebab place!! Its so good every time and the service is always 100%! Its always such a joy visiting this place! 10/10 would recommend The lady staff that work here is awesome.
