Paerata Rise - Stage 1

No doubt this placing is growing very fast.lot of changes in growth in last couple of months. Recommended place to invest.

Paerata Raise is very amazing among many developments in this and other areas of Franklin. Quality homes, designs and overall environment is amazing, however a strange feeling is that the roads are so narrow that you will get feeling that the houses are coming on your head. Aside from the development, Paerata has wasted so many people planning resulted in buying higher cost houses in other areas due to multiple time different promises to release sections. The time I want to buy section didnt bought anything from the market and the time they further delayed the release I bought the house from the market at least 100k above the value I could buy 6 months back, also lost very great opportunities just waiting and waiting.. I dont want to do this again.

Roads very narrow and not much parking considering it's a new subdivision. Larger roads and better parking in Pokeno for better price.

The best steak meal i have ever eaten! Big scotch steak w garlic butter ontop of shoe string fries,salad & a balsamic vinegar sauce. It is the bloody best. Everything is clean service is EXCEPTIONAL just like the meal. Ive been here about 4 tines since it opened this year. Friend gets the salmoneal and whaow thats also amazing. A MUST TRY
