Totalspan Counties were absolutely outstanding to deal with in all aspects of our new Barn Shed build. From the very start of designing the shed right down to key handover they were professional, helpful and very quick to help with any small issues or concerns we had. The process of building our dream shed was an exciting and easy process because of the hard working team at Totalspan Counties. Very happy with my new Totalspan shed. from sales consultant to finished product they were very helpful, proffesional and the finished product was excellent. It was in a difficult position on my property but that was no problem for them. Pricing was also very good compared to others I tried and I would recommend anyone looking to build a new shed, get in contact with them. Despite covid lockdowns, material shortages, and foul weather, the people at Totalspan Counties delivered! The communication was great from the first time I stepped foot in their office, right through to the issue of Code of Compliance. If you are looking for a great quality, well built shed, with unmatched service levels from the whole team, I thoroughly recommend this company. They made the whole building process easy. Right from first contact with Andrea in Paerata and Charles in Cambridge during lock down they were friendly and very likeable instantly , patient with all the questions and extremely helpful in getting it together during this trying period , at all times kept me up to date with what was happening and delivered on the date they said it would be here . On the start date the two workmen Sam & Dan introduced themselves and let me know how this was going together , once again ,a friendly couple of guys from the whole of the Totalspan team and very experienced in what they do with surprising delight to see it going together with speed and efficiency, in no time at all completely covered in and looking like my dream shed . Dean and Aaron were contactable at all times and sorted out all the questions I had , I have to say here that Andrea was amazing with her finger on the pulse at all times and was able to tell me how the council paperwork and planning was going , also Deans excellent reputation with the council certainly helped get this done in a very short time . I especially liked the way that Dean gave me a list of their recommended tradies , from start of the Earthworks to Drainage , Plumbing and Electrical people all of whom we became friends . Now its completed I just love my shed giving me plenty of space to work on my many classic cars. I am so pleased I decided to go with Dean and his team here in Paerata , they made this project a pleasure to work with them all and certainly recommend Totalspan to all my friends and contacts.
