We have been very pleased with customer service and the timely installation of our new system. Steve has been very good at responding to any queries and coordinating with the builder to get it all set up on the agreed date. Highly recommend them.

After a pleasant enough introduction the whole installation took over four months. Repeated calls and messages went unanswered at times and the company seemed to be unable to manage its work flow. This probably doesnt matter to them as they have a contract at consent stage and then (in our experience) fit the client in sporadically.

Pretty good crew all round. Actual hardware is an arm and a leg in cost, but the end product is perfect. Been happy to use Reflections for several years now, prompt and professional, the people that come out are always really nice and helpful, and get the job done. Tops.

Super impressed with the service these guys provided. Called at 8am today had a couple of amazing guys round to fix my septic tank within a couple of hours. They were super friendly explained how my tank works (as never had one before). Will definitely use them again. Thank you for your prompt service much appreciated
