        Horrible service - I had a call out in December, they charged me 155 to tell me the pump needs replacement and we need to order a new one. I had to call them consistently and no one calls back, all they say it says on system we still awaiting spare part and we need to call and check. It's March now and I still dnt know what is going on, no one calls back to give an update - please spare your time and money and Dnt ever approach them

        technician came out and sorted my dishwasher, what i thought was looking at going to be a replacement unit turned out to be a minor fault. cheers Luxman for the help

I dealt with Anjali and Jo who were extremely helpful and took the stress away and as a result i was able to make a decision on exactly what i wanted.
