        I approached Dependable House Inspections to do an inspection on my house and was answered by Ryan. He came promptly at the arranged time and did a comprehensive inspection and gave me some valuable advice that has saved me thousands of dollars in a repair that I had been told that was needed, but in fact was not. I had the problem resolved for $ 300.00 - thanks Ryan. I would highly recommend RHI and Ryan to anyone looking at having an inspection done. Glen Ramsay, Oteha, Auckland.
