I have never had any bad experiences with my two doctors, Dr Chan and Dr Ho have always been very kind and understanding over the years.

The nurse or receptionist is horrible, impatient and very rude, definitely switching to different GP

My mom have been with them for years. Over the last year or so, she had pain in her shoulder which has limited her movement in one of her arms. The initial advice from the GP was to prescribe her with some pain relief pills! After months of pain, mom went back but only then to get referred to acupuncture. A few month later the pain only seems to be getting worse, then only with some instances from mom, the GP finally got her to do a series of diagnostic imaging (xray, ultrasound) and found out more serious issues in her shoulder where she finally got referred to a specialist. After visit the specialist and a MRI, it was found she has torn one of the tendon in her rotator cuff. Now she needs surgery. Only if the GP were a bit more proactive....
