Finally found Western Union at the back of the Highland Park shops near the Chinese supermarket. It's in the Whitcoulls. Nice people running it but I've given up on Western Union as they haven't returned the $1200 I sent 10 years ago that was not picked up. They told many lies about where it was and then told me the NZ government had it (they don't!) I'm now using Wise online and so far it is going well.
