You should have it till you know! I am really good cook and restaurant chef but I was getting tired of recipes used regularly. I added a teaspoon of Black truffle oil to my spaghetti sauce right before serving and it made an already tasty sauce, excellent! I will keep this oil on my ingredients list for ever.

My best daily thing to have for breakfast is scrambled eggs with a side of mashed avocado with truffle salt on topping . I really like Black Truffle salt from Profine Food Stores which is the best ever I had and will order again soon .

This Black Truffle Oil When paired with some balsamic vinegar, it makes for some tart, sharp flavor with a bit of sweetness, and a hint of basil to kick things up a notch. Basil can also add a touch of flavor to: - Eggs - Caprese salad (tastes better than with plain olive oil) - Pasta sauce - Pizza (drizzle right before serving) - Fruit salad (also add some fresh basil to enhance further) Enjoy!

Since I adore the flavor of truffle salt, I had to try this black truffle salt as soon as I saw it. The aroma filled the little jar as soon as I opened it. Wow! Great time / I don't like to salt things excessively. So I open the container and take a tiny pinch of this when I feel the urge for anything salty, like popcorn. Heaven!
