        Got my hair chemically straightened here for almost $300 and my hair was only shoulder length just for the treatment to basically not even work. Such a waste of money as Ive gotten this treatment elsewhere multiple times and results have been amazing. The lady who had done my hair was a lovely lady. Will defiantly not be returning for this service. Service: Hairstyling

        Possibly the worst highlights I've ever had. She put a random black spot of dye in the middle of my blonde hair when I complained about the bleach bleeding over all my hair! Worst experience ever. I have emailed the owner today to rectify (but I'm too nervous to let them touch my hair again) or refund - waiting for a response. This was at TOP PRETTY, they also own KESS. Had to rate here as there is no way to rate TOP PRETTY.
