Terrible service. Gave them 10 clothes and returned only 9. Then they go on to say you only gave 9. They have no system of recording how many clothes they are collecting from everyone. Never going to use them again.

Quality good but terrible service. The driver was rude and the collection and drop off abysmal. We used them for a good, trial period but now gone, to another service who are great and we know, within 30 minutes when they will be here. Next day delivery too and nice to deal with.
