The stress I had to try and find someone that could resize my engagement ring was so bad. After being denied by 5 different places like Michael Hill, I was so fed up until I was recommended NZ jewellers Ltd. After getting off the phone with Jason and dropping my ring off and having the job done only a day or 2 later, can't even explain the happiness and joy it's brought me. My ring was literally 7 SIZES BIGGER from what I actually was and they resized it with no problem. I'm left with an amazing job that hasn't altered the design of the ring and left it looking like the day I received it and in overly satisfied with the workmanship. Well done to you Team and thank you Jason for not turning me away and providing me with other options and alternatives to choose from. I'd love to come back here again! Thank you! Jasmine Teina

Took my grandmothers gold rings in to be cleaned. They didnt even notice that one of the stones had fallen out during the cleaning process, until I pointed it out to them. I appreciate its an old ring, but surely that is taken into consideration when cleaning and handling. Quoted a cost for repair, and given the stone back in a bag, but not happy that they didnt notice a missing stone themselves.

Had my doubts after checking the reviews and took a chance. Awesome service, had jewellery repaired, 1 bracelet and 1 engagement ring, was quick and efficient for the bracelet repair as it was onsite, but the engagement ring took longer than expected as it was off site, overall happy with repairs and service provided, look forward to see how quote goes for personalised necklace pendant

I feel sorry to see you lie many times in order to protect your own interests. The quality problem of the product is not without reason. Compared to me losing some money and precious time, you have lost something more important - the integrity that businesses need most. I don't want to explain too much, but my original intention wasnt to get a refund but an exchange. However, the appalling service I have experienced in the process is the reason for the feedback. In common sense, the first intention of a customer purchasing anything isnt the intention for a refund, because this may do more harm than profit them. Fortunately, I didn't pay a higher price for this lesson. Hope my feedback will be helpful to future customers. DO NOT waste your money in this store! Their return policy is non existing if you purchase in store, even if you getting a faulty product, not only that they will not give your money back also will blaming you for breaking it! Avoid!!
