After a service on my Victa lawn mower in October 2022, I started to have problems. The mower wouldn't start, ran unevenly and virtually died on me. So I took a neighbours advice and went to Grasslands in Howick. They could not figure out what I had been charged $185 for, as they said it clearly hadn't had a full service in a good while, certainly not within the last 5 months! The photo is the invoice for what had to be done. I am livid with Lawnheat. Not only was my mower not properly serviced, I was treated rudely on the phone. I will never use Lawnheat& Leisure again and will make sure none of my friends are ever subjected to what I have had to deal with. Sad lack of professionalism.

Highly recommend Steve and his staff. Ive brought allot of Husqvarna battery tools from them over the last year and they have given me excellent service and most importantly for me their after service has been top notch. I will be buying more gear off them in the future for sure.

Customer service especially from the owner was absolutely rude. I completely understand everyone has their own issues but being rude to customers who are only there seeking help is not okay ! I cant imagine if my mother went in alone without me there. Horrible. We had two encounters and should have learnt from the first encounter. Would not recommend. Would rather drive all the way out west to get what we need then 2 mins down the road to these guys. If I could give zero stars I would.
