The lovelly lady that helped in re application was patient kind and very informative. If you don't know something you don't know. All got sorted and gave info on what was needed next and what yo do. Sorted that morning at Bank etc. Docs scanned at WINZ office. Benefit reinstated that afternoon. Cannot believe the help. Great experience as health issues prevent mobility here there znd everywhere.

Rude and arrogant would hardly let me speak and explain my situation, along the lines of thank you we can't help see you later wouldn't even let me talk, didn't care less if I was starving and had no money for food and said thanks see you later before I even got to tell them i had no food, was the lady at front desk with short hair that look like someone off Horton hears a who

Arrived and only waited about 5min in a line. Staff member at front desk very helpful and got what I requide and was out in another 5min. Thank you.
