Very messy place, untidy, no customer service, when you ask for help they would even ask you to bring the stuff you were looking for and not even bother to come to you. Always on the counter. No greetings, no approach from the staff. Staff are always talking with each other. Wont even help you even if youre in store for almost 15 minutes. Small store but very messy and so untidy! Bags straps are tangled they wont even bother to do some clean up. Sylvia park has always on point store from customer service to how tidy the store is. Botany and Dress Smart needs some attention!

Came in on 17/10/22 staff member on her phone for over 10 minutes. No hello no how can I help. Gave up waiting will shop else where

No attention from the staff, not even Hello. Plus either the quality of the products changed or it's just my luck but the bag I bought ripped after two weeks of usage.

Very bad service ! They did a refund on my faulty item and the refund hasn't come through. It is almost two weeks now. I have been calling them but they are blaming it on my bank.Very bad customer service !!
