She is enthusiastic and doesnt fear pushing you to the limit. Tash kept me motivated throughout my fitness journey and I have never had a better exercise routine until I started training with her. I started my training with Natasha Jan 2021 at Jetts Highland Park, Auckland. My weight was 95.8kg back then, and is now reduced down to 78.4kg in Dec 2021. The best thing is I barely lost any muscle, which was supported by professional body scanning. Thanks to Natasha's professional program and food advice all the way along. I am super happy with my body shape now.
