Hell Pizza Highland Park

Pizza looked and smelled great, arrived on time, but it contained ingredients I requested to be left out. Received a voucher that couldn't be used and was unable to get a refund. Disappointing experience overall.

I recently ordered a pizza and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pizza smelled and looked amazing, and it arrived on time, which was great. However, I was disappointed to find out that the pizza contained ingredients that I had specifically requested to be left out. This made me wonder if there was a miscommunication or mistake during the order process. To compensate for the mistake, I received a voucher, but unfortunately, it could not be used since I live far away from the restaurant. This was inconvenient and disappointing. Additionally, I was frustrated when I was told that a refund could not be provided. As a customer, I believe that it is reasonable to expect a refund if there is an issue with an order, and the refusal of a refund left a negative impression on me. Overall, while the pizza itself was enjoyable, the issues with the order and customer service detracted from the experience.
