Dim Sum is approx. 20-30% more expensive than other restaurants. Considering the set-up - sitting in a gazebo in an industrial area, not really good value for money imo. But overall taste is good and service was friendly and attentive.

Food Ok and pricey, same price range can enjoy at nice restaurant instead under pergola in industrial area.

First time trying this branch. We have been to the Hobsonville one which have a more modern look while this one feels more like a traditional asian restaurant seatings. However the food here is very good, can't really complain about any of the dishes. Although they were busy, their service is pretty good. I think one of the server is the owner of this place, he looked after every table very well. I really like the fried churn fun (rice roll), it reminds me what I had back when I was little and was crispy outside and soft and hot inside. Their prawn toast was also very crunchy and not as oily as the other places I've tried. Definitely can't go wrong with this place.
