Today was first weigh in for our son and it was Not a good first impression for us. From the first point of contact with the lady in the front (so stubborn) please smile it will go a long way especially for new members to this club. Husband left work early to go to this and when he reached where they take photos he was told that he basically didnt even need to be there because his 5 years old and that contradicts whats on the email they sent and that was not acceptable didnt want to make a scene because kids were there but yeah pull your socks up not a great start will give another chance and if the next experience is not good than yeah you dont deserve my son and his talents. Not happy at all make sure that what you send out in your emails reflect what you will do because we plan things in advance according to that information. Very disappointing first impressions
