I got a 5kw system installed 2yrs ago I knew nothing about solar l had a budget between $10-11k. Pedro installed 14 panels and 4 batteries,Srne inverter cabling roof brackets etc,spoke to another supplier that dealt with Pedro he can't understand the maths 14 panels and 4 batteries only to hook up 12 panels?he said hes out of his depth.Why didn't u have 10 panels and 8 batteries makes more sense I don't know.Anywsy inverter crapped out just under 2 years and I rung Pedro he said warranty has run out but I can sell u another inverter for 6k including fitting, omg I don't want to deal with him anymore feel like iv been ripped offwhat do u think.
