Pakuranga Towing

Worst towing service I have received. They quoted me $80.00 and then I get the bill of $140.00. Total rip off and the owner is unreasonable ad juts keeps hanging up on me!!!

Very disappointed in service had a accident ( right wheel buckled ) needed towing first started at $140 then went to $180 within 10 seconds after noting the price change and accepting the increase of $20 asking when the truck would come the lady failed to answer how long the truck would come which was not helpful and a very poor treatment of communication then the lady proceeded to hang up the phone after calling back was quoted $340 after saying I am not aware of what's going on over the phone?! Luckily I went to another company which drove the car onto the flat bed no issues ( 10 min job ) which made me 100% aware the call representative had no clue or drive in their life hence why I was recieved a Slack, Rude, Impatient service and very poor communication Unhelpful especially at the pressure of an accident very unprofessional call representative; Better towing company's in East Auckland for cheaper
