From the first day I met Ann she was very obliging and sensitive to my needs. We were in lockdown Level 3 so were not able to try on the wigs together. She allowed me to take some home in trust, which impressed me. After a lot of trying on different styles and sizes Ann specially ordered in exactly the one I wanted from overseas and I am thrilled with the final look. I'm going through chemotherapy at the moment and Ann's kindness and understanding has been a great help to me. She has personally come to my home to drop off and pick up to save me the trouble as I was unwell. During all this Ann's studio has been physically closed to the public and yet she has looked after me so well and provided me with the perfect wig through a safe, contactless service, despite Auckland being in lockdown. I thoroughly recommend Ann at Magnolia Wig & Beauty Studio for anyone who needs a wig, even during Level 3, as you won't be disappointed!

Ann was extremely helpful, caring and understanding with our needs. We tried on various wigs and finally landed on the perfect one and once she placed the order, the wig arrived in less than a week! Would definitely recommend Ann as she provides great service!

This is the best place for hair wigs or hair toppers, Ann was very helpful and professional, I have a thinning hair due to an illness, Ann ordered a hair topper for me and I'm very happy with the service and also she called my doctor so I can have the government Subsidy for my hair topper and arrived in one week. I recommend her to everyone. Well done Ann for your amazing work
