        Stopped here for a bite on our way to Hamilton. Our server, Bailey, was friendly and helpful. We also met the chef! Our meal was great and we enjoyed our interaction with Bailey and chef!

      • Beyond The Mind

        Rude disrespectful Maori girl who works there, has a real attitude problem and needs to stop working in customer service. The Older maori manager with the green eyes is awesome beyond words, and the half cast maori girl bailey is a gem. But one of the other girls just has a real attitude, and seriously doesn't belong in customer service, I will be making contact with the owner to ensure she is reprimanded, or at least trained as to how to serve customers.

        Was a great little pit stop on the way to Auckland. Camped here which included 10% off food and drink in the pub. Only issue was near the train line and people driving in early to access a unit so not a place to come if youre a light sleeper or want a lie in but facilities and pub were really good.
