I learned more about how my body works. My sessions were with Ilaaria and Hazel. They are both highly skilled and very passionate about ensuring your body is your best support system. Dr Khan has made a huge difference to my back, and I'm only weeks into treatment. Khan is very transparent and educational about the process, science and my scans.

Dr. Hazel is very professional and has been helping me with my back and hip issues. Shes very gentle and detail-oriented as well. I feel so much better and my energy level has increased since being seen and treated by her. Overall, staff and reception are very welcoming and helpful.

Was having pains on my side to a point where it hurt to cross my leg an the slight bump to it would give me sharp pains.decided to give papakura chiro a try after reading the reviews an I can say the pain is nearly gone after coming here for a few months.i can't thank them enough for the work they have done for me the staff are very knowledgeable an very easy to talk to and very friendly if i could give them more star's I'd give them the highest and they always greet you with a genuine smile and thank you for making me patient of the week
