Great service by John as a start. Quality LED lights I was sold did not last and fortunately still under warranty. I returned 7 of 9 lights that FAILED. Replaced under warranty and when asked who will pay the 2nd time for the electrician to install, John told me to provide the invoice. I returned with invoice and was told by John he would pass the this to the distributor. Followed up again after a few weeks with John and was told to contact the distributor directly. THANKS John! Thanks for passing the buck and taking any responsibility for the inferior products Active Electrical sells. So annoyed and very disappointed with Active customer support. John and Active should be embarrassed.
