Pricing quoted is very inconsistent. I called for a quote on a root touch up, then when I wanted to book it in the price went up by $55-$65. I think some staff are adding in the cost of a "compulsory" hair treatment when quoting without disclosing this to you. Puts me off going there again when they're not being transparent around their pricing.
