        Please be careful with this service. We rented property in St Johns road. The house was horrible and after finally our contact finished we moved out. The lady Victoria took our bond completely as we were just new immigrants and did not know any rules. She took the whole bond: $400 as we returned the keys 2 days later than she requested even tho there was no tenant. $250 as the was 1 glass in dishwasher even tho I paid a lot to a lady do do deep cleaning in my already clean house. $800 for electricity and she signed a paper as if she was going to return that money but never did, I still have that paper. And there were more charges, basically $1500, all my bond. I dont really know how to restore justice for all this and where to complain. Even tho years passed I still remember her every single day ! Please people be careful ! Service: Rental property management
